Life as we know it is actually the process of being born. Each of us is in the womb of eternity and there are only two possible outcomes: either you will be born into life as a son or daughter of the Living God, or you will be still-born and pass out of the womb into death. We get caught up in the inertia of things down here - when our Heavenly Father is most interested in helping us develop into radiant children bearing His likeness; sons and daughters who (with Jesus) will eventually rule every galaxy with Him over planets yet to be created, and over beings yet to be realized.
His ways are much higher - His plans don't conclude with the end of this world.
